牛科，男，工学博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师，悉尼科技大学人工智能研究中心访问学者，北京信息科技大学“勤信人才”。2016年1月于北京理工大学计算机学院获工学博士学位，同年起在北京信息科技大学计算机学院任教，主要从事人工智能、数据挖掘、智能教育系统等方面的研究工作。近年来，先后主持或参与多项国家重点项目和国家自然基金项目，在国际学术期刊及会议上发表学术论文近30篇，任SETE 2018、UMLL 2017-2019、IRI 2021程序委员会委员。
